Okay..truth be told the above picture is not from the recipe I'm about to chat about.

However, if you are like me, you like anything to do with scallops and I thought I'd get your attention with the savory picture!

The recipe is actually Caramelized Sea Scallops with Grilled Radicchio.

The dish is easy enough to make and would fare well at any Holiday party, especially in New England.
