According to a story from WMUR, NH companies are having a hard time finding employees.  The unemployment rate is 2.6% and there are more people heading in to retirement and less people getting in to the work force.

The report goes on to say that Home Depot wants to hire 600 associates and they are offering incentives to meet that goal including tuition reimbursement.

Jay McSharry, who owns several restaurants in the seacoast area like Jumpin' Jays Fish Cafe, Dos Amigos and Moxy says pay automatically has to go up.  McSharry also promotes from within and focuses on his employees as one of his most valuable business assets.

There's no excuse for not finding the job that you are qualified for these days.  Or, even if you're not qualified, now might be the time you jump in to that industry that you've always wanted to try, but you never have for whatever reason.  Businesses all over NH, ME and Massachusetts may be willing to train the right person.

Go get that job!
