Well, this is sad news.

According to the NH Film Festival website, they have decided to postpone the October event until next year.

If you're not familiar with the festival, this would have been their 20th year of providing independent films to the Seacoast Community.  The festival founded in 2001 and has become a tradition for many with over 10,000 people in attendance who can see several films in the span of a few days.

Many people, along with our friend  and Market President Christine Sieks, would never miss the celebration of the festival.  It happens to fall on their anniversary, so they would make a weekend out of it and run from one movie to the next.

If you are not familiar with the festival, these are films that you would never have a chance to see otherwise.  Only if you lived in a big city.  Check out the list of films from last year by just clicking here.

We know that next year, the festival will be even bigger and better and we are looking forward to joining them as we run from screen to screen.
