Some sad news today in the world of NH brick and mortar retail stores.  According to a report from WMUR, two K-Mart stores and two Sears stores will close by February, 2020.  They will start "going out of business" sales on December 2.  The KMart stores are in Hooksett and Salem, the Sears stores are in Concord and Nashua.  According to the report, they are among 96 locations that are set to close across the country.

I do feel bad for the employees of the stores, however, WMUR reports that they will be offered some sort of severance package.

For me, the thing about change is that it's the only thing that stays consistent.  As much as we hate it, we have to embrace change.  The employees at these stores will absolutely find another opportunity that will be better in the end.  Even if they don't see it right now, someday, they will.

In the meantime, let's go shopping!  Clearance prices just before Christmas?  Yes, please.
