Reps. Peter Spanos and Brian Gallagher are co-sponsoring a bill that would make it a misdemeanor for women to show their breasts or nipples in public with "reckless disregard" for whether it would offend someone.

The lawmakers say failing to pass it could 'hurt the states tourism industry and lead to"rampant nudity"

Those against the bill say it violates the Constitution by creating different standards for men and women.

Rampant nudity! I think this is a bit of an over-reaction. But now they mention it, I'm all for it! Show me the study that says rampant nudity is bad for you.

And as for hurting the tourism industry, when was the last time any complained about visiting a place that had too much nudity.

Of course, I won't be able to read it, as I'm going blind, the result of a childhood practice that took up much of my time.
