NH Ranks in Top 5 As Best State For Women

The Granite State is a great place for the fairer sex.

Wallethub recently conducted a study in an effort to determine which of the 50 states and District Of Columbia provided the best opportunities for women.

Their study looked at key indicators of 'living standards' for women, including 'median earnings for female workers' to 'female homicide rate'.

New Hampshire placed #5 overall in 'Women's Well-Being & Social Economic Rank'.

The Granite State ranked #1 in 'Lowest % of women in poverty' and #1 in 'Lowest High School Dropout Rate'.
