One Of The Rarest Lobsters Ever Found At Portland Restaurant

Chef Travis Davis, knew immediately he had something unique in his kitchen at Scales Restaurant in Portland earlier this week.

As the chef was going through his tank of lobsters, this rare beauty stood out above all of the others. Known as a "Cotton Candy" lobster due to it's unusual coloring, the staff at Scales told WGME-TV lobsters like this one are 1 in 100 million.

Thankfully for Blue Betty...the name they gave her...Chef Davis took her for a ride in his rowboat and released her back to the wild.
