A small segment of the Gonic, NH population was very relieved to finally have access to the back half of their property after several months. Fritz Wetherbee could tell ya this tale better no doubt, but you'll have to settle for me.

Here lies the remnants of the old rotten bridge that didn't quite make it through one of the harshest winters in recent memory. Apparently, the pieces were very heavy and waterlogged, I was not there for the extraction process.

Voila, the finished product. By the time these new timbers were bolted in place, I appeared like magic out of the Greater Rochester mist and began to take pictures.

Now my entire family can have golf cart access to the other half of the property without risking injury. The whole process took less than 4 hours to complete and may be the quickest completion of a bridge project in recent NH history.
