Restaurants in Mass Are Struggling With 25% Capacity Restriction
This week, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker put more restrictions on Massachusetts restaurants by reducing indoor capacity to 25%.
According to a report from WCVB, restaurants owners in Cambridge, MA have had to pivot for a year. Eateries that used to have over 30 employees are now down to single digits. The places that are doing take-out are becoming more and more like retail when everyone is ordering at the exact same time, making it difficult to maintain on a regular basis. Now, with the new restriction for indoor dining to 25%, in this report from WCVB, they are just asking for things to get a little bit easier.
