Santa put out a call on social media to help little Annalisse Hocking get her Christmas Wish granted.

According to Fosters.com, all Annalisse, 7, wanted for Christmas was to find her friend Nyla, 8, so she wrote to Santa.

The article states that Nyla helped Annalisse feel welcome when she moved to Farmington last October, but shortly after Nyla and her family moved.

As adults, it’s easy to stay in touch with our friends with social media and the phone but what if you are that young?

Well, Santa delivered. Santa took to social media and put the word out far and wide to find Nyla for Annalisse, and members of the Seacoast community and some help from Annalisses’s teacher helped the two friends reconnect, according to Fosters.

The two girls were reunited in person last Monday at the 110 Grill in Rochester, the news site stated, and the adults kept it a surprise until the two girls saw each other.

Nyla told Fosters.com: “I was really surprised that she came.  I was speechless. Getting back together with Annalisse, felt wonderful. I was so amazed.”

This story made me smile. Great job, Santa!
