According to a story from WMUR, some business owners in Rochester are upset after being told by the city that they cannot sell food and drink products infused with CBD because of health regulations.

Pug Life Smoke and Vape Shop is one of the shops being told not to sell edible CBD products, but the owner, Heather Sondrini, said that she's been selling the products for 2 and a half years.  Heather also says in the WMUR report that she doesn't think it's fair.  She said she's not trying to hurt anyone in the community.

For me, it comes back to alcohol.  If you can sell alcohol, then why can't a small business owner sell CBD products?  You can in my town and several others.  It just doesn't seem right to me either.

That's not to say that I'm for taking something that isn't approved, I'm not, but there are exceptions to every rule.
