Well, here we go. Red Sox Manager John Farrell made the announcement yesterday that starting pitcher David Price is experiencing some elbow and forearm soreness in his pitching arm.
Well, the Patriots won't have Gronk or Chris Hogan on Sunday when they face the 49ers in San Francisco, the two did not travel with the team, but Dion Lewis did.
Early reports were saying that Gronk suffered a punctured lung during the game against the Seahawks Sunday night, but apparently, that's not the case. ESPN is saying that it's a chest injury and may not be that serious.
As you already know, Gronk didn't play against the Cardinals due to a hamstring injury he suffered around a month ago. He didn't even make the trip to Arizona, which tells you he's not 100 percent and could miss the game against the Dolphins.
Gronk left practice early yesterday, in fact he left after the first play in a 7 on 7 drill against the Bears, and did not return. A Tom Brady pass sailed over Gronks head and he pulled up with an apparent injury.
I can't believe he's already practicing after that elbow injury. Not only is he practicing, but he's in full pads and wearing a protective brace on his elbow.
Patriot's wide receiver Julian Edelman broke a bone in his foot in the first quarter of yesterdays 27-26 win over the Giants. Obviously, this is terrible news, but don't panic yet because he could be back for the playoffs.
