According to WalletHub, Massachusetts and Connecticut are part of the top  of the happiest states in the country, with Massachusetts coming in at number 7 and Connecticut coming in at number 10.

New Hampshire came in at #22 and Maine came in at #38.   Ouch.....  At least we're not West Virginia.  They came in dead last.

WalletHub based their findings on three things; emotional and physical well-being, work environment and community.  The first category gets the lions share of the points, because let's face it, if you're not emotionally and physically well, ain't nothin' going well for you!  It's a good thing for the two states that made it in to the Top 10 as well because the weather is not great here in New England sometimes, as we know.

If I'm not mistaken, I think Hawaii was Number one on this list last year and they top the list again this year of happiest place to live for "emotional and physical well-being."  I have heard that Hawaii is a place where I must visit.  Haven't made it out there yet, but I would love to go someday!  Maybe next year!
