
This Fried Rice is Easy to Make, Healthy, Delicious and Fake
If you look closely you'll see it isn't rice at all and one of my new favorite recipes that anyone can throw together.
1- Half Onion Chopped
1- Tablespoon of Margarine
1- Microwavable Bag of Riced Cauliflower
1- 4 oz Can of Mushrooms
2- Slices of Chopped Ham (for less healthy use more)
1- Serving of Frozen Peas (2 handfuls?)
3- Tablespoons of Liquid Aminos
White Pepper to taste (I like a lot)
Directions are very simple! It only requires one pan or skillet.
Get the margarine going (burner set on 5) in and throw in the onion. I then put the frozen peas in, then the mushrooms (drained), then the ham.
It should take 4 minutes to microwave the steam fresh bag of riced cauliflower, when it's done, dump it on top of everything else.
It takes no more than a few minutes to push all these ingredients around and get them cooked and mixed properly. I add the Liquid Aminos and about 7 pounds of white pepper after the fake rice is ready. (Like I said I really like white pepper)
It should serve 2 people but I ate all of it in about 5 minutes this morning.
