Traffic Shift On Spaulding Turnpike Scheduled For Friday

It's for the new Exit 3 in Newington.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation has announced the planned opening of the new Exit 3 northbound on-ramp on the Spaulding.

Weather permitting this Friday (Sept 11), a northbound traffic shift between Exit 3 and 4 will shift onto the new northbound on-ramp at Exit 3 from Woodbury Avenue.

Soon, the old northbound bridge over the old Exit 3 ramp will removed and a new Woodbury Avenue Bridge will be connected to the east side of the Spaulding.

As many times as I have driven this road over 30+ years, I have to try hard to visualize all that's going on.
