Who Owns This House in Dover and Can I Move In Until They Sell It?
WHOA! I have to know. WHO owns this house and what do they do for a living because, I'm gonna do THAT to own THIS.
Check out this house on 32 Wisteria Drive in Dover, NH. Believe me when I tell you, these pics are just the highlights of the house.
The owners are numbers people, that I can assure you. The selling price, according to Realtor.com is $11,777,000. There's magic in those numbers. I wonder if they would take $300,000? If so, I'll move in this weekend.
This house has to be right around the corner from the studios, at least that's what I'm hoping. It will be the most convenient when they decide that I would be the perfect house guest.
Whoever owns this house has really great taste in art too. Look at the prints on the walls. Beautiful!
I understand that if I moved in, I would have to check on the bottles of wine from time to time in the Wine Cellar to make sure that they don't turn bad. I would imagine, however, if the wine was better than the kind that I buy, (I'm certain it is....) it's probably okay to let the bottles stay unopened for many years. The kind that I buy, if you keep it in the sun too long, fuggeddaboutit.
There are flying birds in the Atrium. I'm sure they all this space the Atrium. Holy cow.
Is that a telescope? And what kind of chairs are these? They remind me of Frank Lloyd Wright. Maybe they ARE Frank Lloyd Wright's chairs. Maybe the whole darn house is his design?!!
I'm certain that the outside pool is heated for winter-time dips. If it's not, I'm sure that I could request that to happen when I stay as a house guest.
