Aunt Sues Nephew For $127,000 And Thankfully Loses

This might make for awkward family get-togethers.

Jennifer Connell's nephew Sean was so excited to see her on his birthday, he jumped into arms and broke her wrist. She did the only right thing...she sued the twelve year old.

Jennifer Connell is a human resources manager and told the court she is still suffering from her injury suffered back in 2011.

In fact, Jennifer cited the difficulty of holding her hors d'oeuvre plate while she was recently at a party as an example of how she has suffered.

Actually, I must confess, she nearly had me at that one. I'm sure we can all relate to the struggles of trying to balance a plate with Swedish meatballs and mushroom caps with a good wrist, not to mention a damaged one.

But, thankfully cooler heads prevailed, and hopefully young Sean has learned his lesson and won't be so affectionate the next time he sees a favorite relative.
