Dover Woman Charged In Portsmouth Drug Overdose Death

(Portsmouth, NH) - 31 year old Kelly Barry of Second Street in Dover woman has been charged with Sale Of A Controlled Drug/Death Resulting.

Barry turned herself in to Dover Police Wednesday after a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Barry is charged with meeting with 32 year old Patrick Swain in Dover on January 16th of this year and selling him a quantity of Fentanyl. Swain was later found dead in his Portsmouth apartment.

Barry faces charges in both Dover and Portsmouth in regards to the case.

She faces arraignment today in Seabrook District Court.
