You've been a staple in our family forever! You made our wedding cake, and your coffee shop is always where we go when family comes up to visit. Thanks for the memories, the pork pie, and everything else!

This is the saddest news ever! Thank you for all you’ve done for us over the 93 years in Dover. Your bakery is an iconic establishment and loved by all! I’m going to miss my favorite maple rounds, all your smiling faces and the many cupcakes you’ve made for our class of ‘79 reunions! Alie’s, Dustons and now Harvey’s. You all made Dover feel like home! Thank you! Enjoy the next chapter!
There have been so many closings of so many stores, restaurants and bakeries over the past couple years or so, it's hard to keep track of them all, but this one really, really hurts.
The post talks about how they are so much more than just a bakery, Harvey's felt like family.
Dover Won't Be the Same
A friend of mine said it was the heart of the Garrison City. If something was going on, people would be talking about it at Harvey's over a piece of their famous pork pie or with a cup of coffee and a Maple Square.
Like Dorothy said to the Cowardly Lion when she was leaving the land of Oz, I'm going to miss them most of all.
Best of luck to you all. #imnotcryingyourecrying
We'll definitely have to make some changes to this list, but we don't want to.
