Video has surfaced of Portsmouth as well as State Police creating a motorcade for Ciara Brill, a Portsmouth 3rd grader battling cancer.

Ciara was granted a trip Captiva Island, FL via the Make a Wish NH Foundation and was escorted out of town by Portsmouth, Tilton and NH State Police Vehicles. Make a Wish NH posted the escort from Little Harbour School on their Facebook Page.....
