Snuggle up, Valentine, this weekend looks like it's going to be more snow than we've been getting lately.

According to WMUR, the storm will be coming in on Saturday and be active all day through Sunday here in New Hampshire.

There is no accumulation in that story, however according to the iPhone Weather app, in the Dover, New Hampshire area, the snow will start around 12:30pm and go throughout the day.

Accumulation on Saturday of 3-4".

The snow will continue for the entire day on Sunday, with an accumulation of 11-13".

When all is said and done, this storm could bring almost a foot and a half of the white stuff.

Things To Check Before a New Hampshire Snowstorm

  • Batteries:  Just in case the power goes out, you'll want to make sure that flashlight has fresh batteries.
  • Gas for the Snow Blower:  When you get out there to crank up the snow blower, make sure it has gas in it.  Otherwise, it's useless.
  • Blankets:  If your power goes out, make sure you have plenty of blankets to cuddle up in.
  • Food:  Your pantry should be stocked with all kinds of non-perishable items in case your power goes out.
  • Charged Phones/iPad:  Lord knows when the power goes out, it's hard to stay occupied.  If your phone is charged, you can at least text your family and friends to compare snow notes.

Be careful driving out there.  Instead get out and enjoy the snow!
