New Hotel Coming to Dover

The Garrison Hotel, located at 181 Silver Street, is expected to open this Spring.

The Garrison Hotel will expand the group's existing portfolio of one-of-a-kind boutique hotels belonging to the Ascend Hotel Collection by Choice Hotels.

It will be a 66-room hotel that will include sitting areas, a large fireplace, and an outdoor patio and lawn area with a fire pit for year-round gathering. Other amenities include an indoor pool, exercise facility, business center, free wireless internet, free breakfast, pet-friendly accommodations, and personalized concierge services.

The Garrison Hotel offers a variety of room types, from standard rooms to king-sized suites and in-room kitchenettes, aiming to satisfy a range of price points and traveler needs.
