Night Paving On The Spaulding In Rochester And Milton Is Scheduled

The work will be from Exit 17 to Exit 18. Thank goodness this is taking place at night.

The NHDOT has announced plans for night paving work on the Spaulding Turnpike from just north of the Exit 16 northbound on-ramp to just north of the Exit 17 northbound on-ramp.

The paving work will begin on Sunday, June 12, and should take 8 nights to complete.

If I were King for a day, I'd make sure that all roadwork on major roads would be done at night. Especially in areas such as the seacoast and lakes region where we rely heavily on the cash that tourism brings in.

Nothing will turn visitors off more rapidly than being stuck in traffic, taking forever to get to your vacation spot.
