Rare Up-Close Encounter With Elusive Ovenbird

Here's an up close pic of an ovenbird that crashed into my Nan's porch door. This bird is very common, but seldom seen, I had never laid eyes on one until this weekend.

Sorry to go all 'The Sixth Sense' on you, but this little guy fought his last battle against the porch door, despite his appearance, he is no more.

Here's one that is decidedly less dead, supposedly their call sounds like "Teacher, Teacher, Teacher!" but it just sounds like a bird to me.
