The following events are a fun way to enjoy Halloween for both the adults and kids, and good for Rochester for stepping up.

The Trick or Treat On The Town/Horribles Parade is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 28, from 4:15 to 6:15 p.m. in downtown Rochester. This is a wonderful event for children under 10, but they must be accompanied by a parent.

The Union Street parking lot is the starting point at 4pm.. Everyone taking part will receive treat bags and participation maps from 4 p.m. on. There are more than 25 merchants and organizations are getting into the Halloween spirit.

In addition, volunteers at Rochester Main Street are all ready to walk down North and South Main streets to Rochester Common for the 6th Annual Bank of New Hampshire Zombie Walk on Friday, Oct. 28. According to Rochester Main Street, this is New Hampshire’s largest zombie event for adults and teens.
