At about 11:50 a.m. today, (January 21) our General Sales Manager, Shawn Olsten, witnessed something going on on Dover Point Road in Dover.

According to Shawn's account of the events, he was travelling on Route 16 over the bridge going from Dover to Durham at the stop light.

Three cars in front of him stopped and it turns out, they appeared to be police officers.  They came out of their vehicle with guns drawn and wearing bullet proof vests.
