Local Restaurant Closed For Renovations

Dos Amigos on Central Avenue in Dover is temporarily closed. A-train is perplexed.

The Dover location of Dos Amigos Burritos' is closed for renovations. It will re-open later this month.

This is throwing a big wrench in Aaron's lunch plans, as he's a creature of habit, and Dos Amigo's is part of his habit.

In an article at Fosters.com, owner Joel Harris says:

"the restaurant has been closed since Feb. 10 and is scheduled to reopen on Feb. 21. The renovations are part of a company-wide program aimed at rebranding and updating each location.
“We’re undergoing mostly cosmetic renovations as part of a rebranding process,” Harris said. “We’re also expanding the size of the dining area to make it more customer-friendly.”

The restaurant will not include more seating, just more room. The kitchen will be made smaller and 'more efficient' according to Harris.

Dos Amigos in Dover is expected to re-open on Feb 21.
