This NH Bakery Was Just Named One of the Best in the State

Every year, New Hampshire Magazine takes a survey of the best places to shop, dine, get your nails done, etc. in the State. The winners were just announced and this popular bakery/restaurant got the nod for the best in the Seacoast Region.

Sometime later in the year, there will be a big party to celebrate everyone's win.

This year, the best bakery, Seacoast region, was given to Popovers with two locations in Epping and Portsmouth.

I love Popovers. Each location is a little different.

Looking for a nice bar in Epping, New Hampshire?

In the Epping location, you can sit in a nice bar and order a great meal. They also have booths for families to enjoy their meal with kids.

The desserts are "out of control" good. In Epping, they are the first thing you see when you walk in, or maybe that's just me and my radar for all things delicious.

Popovers is also the perfect location for dinner and a drink before you head over to O'Neil Cinema to catch a movie. (That doesn't mean that you can't still get popcorn at the movie theater, you can. No rules. This is "live free or die," by the way.)

In the Portsmouth location, in my opinion, it's a little different.

Get Your Work Done in This NH Bakery in Portsmouth

The Portsmouth location is more of a coffee shop. I have gone in and ordered breakfast or lunch and was able to sit and enjoy for as long as I wanted.

The actual location is located right in downtown Portsmouth on Congress Street, so it has a wee more of a hipster vibe.

The Portsmouth location has the same delicious popovers and a dessert selection to knock your socks off, including an array of breakfast goodies.

They have something for every occasion, whether it's for a birthday, anniversary, cupcakes for the kids sporting events or just a sweet treat after lunch, they have it all.
