The news story of a New Hampshire cafeteria employee, who was reportedly fired from Mascoma Valley Regional High School in Canaan for giving lunch to a student who couldn’t pay, has gone viral. Not only have major television and radio news networks and websites broadcast/published coverage of the controversial termination to their viewers, listeners, and readers, but also, people from all over the world are talking about it on social media.

One such person just happens to be a famous chef. Chef José Andrés called Bonnie Kimball a hero in a tweet, which has been shared by over two million people. He also offered Kimball a job at his company, Think Food Group, the creative team behind Andrés.

So far, there has been no response from Kimball as to whether or not she will accept Chef José Andrés' offer. We will keep you updated.
