The votes are in, and 7NewsBoston is sharing a CNN report of the top haunted attractions in the U.S.

It looks like Haunted Overload in Lee, New Hampshire, is on the list.

The article has a great quote calling the attraction a “bumper crop of fear" while listing it as one of New England’s top Halloween attractions.

Haunted Overload is located at 20 Orchard Way in Lee, New Hampshire, which in the offseason is known as DeMeritt Hill Farm.

7NewsBoston reports on lots of pumpkins and scary clowns. Take a hike in the dark and you may run into the headless horseman.  There’s even a haunted train and a more than 30-foot-tall scarecrow, which may scare more than crows.

You can take a tour by day or night if you are brave enough for the frights that are in store in the dark, dark woods.

Haunted Overload has a Day Haunt where you can stroll around the trails in daylight at their own pace, and they offer a Fright Night Lite during which you can explore the attraction with their amazing lighting and sound effects, but no scares.

And for the really brave, there is the Haunted Overload Experience.  This is the award-winning horror show where the lights, sets, props and scary creatures are ready to give you the fright of your life!
